Partners
Do gigs for our partners — we'll handle the rest
What working with Truster actually means
When a company or platform becomes a Truster partner, its gig workers, drivers or customers can invoice their completed work through Truster. The partner agrees on a partner-specific price for its own people, and Truster takes care of the actual invoicing, taxes and other admin behind the scenes.
Without a partnership agreement, anyone can invoice through Truster at the standard price, which is 3.99% of invoicing or €55 per month. The partner price usually differs from this — it's a partner-specific percentage shown on each partner's own page.
Truster serves more than 55,000 users, so becoming a partner isn't a small experiment — it's a proven, ready-made way to handle invoicing and taxes for gig workers.
Platforms and marketplaces
For a platform, partnering with Truster means it doesn't have to work out on its own how to arrange pay, taxes and insurance for its gig workers. The platform directs its users to Truster, and they can start invoicing in minutes without setting up their own company.
The gig worker benefits because tax withholding is applied directly according to their tax card, YEL matters are handled automatically, and Truster Turva insurance is included. Pay can hit their account quickly with HetiPalkka, so doing the gig and getting paid happen close together in time.
A platform that wants to build Truster's features directly into its own app can use the public Truster API. In that case, invoicing, taxes and pay appear to the user as part of the platform's own interface, while the admin remains Truster's responsibility.
Accounting firms
For an accounting firm, Truster is a way to direct light entrepreneur and freelance clients to invoice without setting up their own company, so the firm doesn't have to manually handle bookkeeping for individual gig invoices. The client invoices through Truster themselves, and taxes are withheld correctly according to their tax card.
For companies with their own staff, the accounting firm can recommend Payoll for handling payroll. This frees up the firm's time for advisory work instead of spending it on repetitive invoice and payroll processing.
Transport companies
For a transport company, partnering means drivers can do gigs under their own Business ID (Y-tunnus) or as light entrepreneurs, with invoicing handled through Truster at a partner-specific price. The company doesn't have to calculate pay, withhold taxes or arrange insurance for its drivers itself.
The driver gets an invoice out quickly for the gig, taxes are withheld automatically, YEL matters are handled, and Truster Turva insurance comes along. If needed, pay can be sent quickly via HetiPalkka or Pikamaksu, so the money doesn't have to wait for the next invoicing cycle.
How the money and admin actually move
The gig worker does the job, and the invoice is created through Truster. Truster withholds taxes according to the tax card, takes care of YEL payments, and pays out the wages. The partner-specific percentage — or the standard 3.99% or €55 monthly price — is deducted automatically, so neither the gig worker nor the partner needs to calculate it themselves.
Maksuvahti can be used to track money movements, and important messages can be sent via Secure Mail whenever information needs to be handled securely. Customer service helps in Finnish and English, in case the partner's team or customers need assistance along the way.

Questions about partnership
What's the benefit of partnership for a platform or company?

How does the partner price differ from the standard price?
The standard price is 3.99% of invoicing or €55 per month. The partner price is negotiated individually with each partner and is shown on that partner's own page.
Does the gig worker need to set up their own company?
No. Truster makes it possible to invoice without setting up your own company, and taxes are withheld directly according to your tax card.

Yes, this can be done using Truster's public API, so invoicing and pay appear as part of the partner's own interface.
Can a company also handle payroll for its own staff with Truster?
Yes, that's what Payoll is for — it's built for handling payroll for companies.
Is your partner missing from the list?
You can invoice any client's gigs through Truster — and for companies, we set up partner pricing.
