Liability insurance; what do I do?

The liability insurance in Truster Turva covers personal injury and property damage you cause at work, up to one million euros. The excess is €1,000.

If you cause damage to a client or their property, do the following:

• Inform the client about the damage and limit the damage where you can.
• Document the situation: take photos and write down what happened and when.
• File a claim with Pohjola Insurance and follow the instructions at vahinkoapu.pohjola.fi.

You'll find your insurance ID in the Truster app under Profile → Truster Turva.
