How do I create an invoice?

Create an invoice in a minute directly in the Truster app.

1. Tap Create an invoice on the home screen. Make sure you have the latest version.
2. Choose a customer from the list or add a new customer's details. You can invoice Finnish and foreign companies as well as private individuals.
3. Select the VAT.
4. Describe the work done: add invoice lines with clear descriptions (e.g. "Window cleaning, 3 h").
5. Add any expenses and travel costs so you receive them tax-free when your pay is processed (applies only to light entrepreneurs who invoice without a business ID).
6. Preview and tap Send.

You can track the status of the invoice in real time. The commission is paid once your customer has paid the invoice - typically within 1-3 business days of your customer’s payment.
