Do I need YEL insurance?

YEL insurance is the entrepreneur's statutory pension insurance, which accrues your pension and improves your social security.

YEL is mandatory when all conditions are met:
you are 18-67 years old
your entrepreneurial activity continues for at least 4 months
your YEL work income exceeds the lower limit (changes yearly)
you live in Finland

If the conditions are met, you must take out YEL insurance. You can get it easily through Truster.
