Legal expenses insurance; what do I do?

The legal expenses insurance in Truster Turva provides cover in work-related disputes and disagreements. It covers lawyer and litigation costs up to €25,000.

If you end up in a work-related dispute, do the following:

• Use the insurance as early as possible — preferably before you hire a lawyer or attorney.
• Gather the contracts, invoices and messages related to the dispute.
• Apply for legal expenses cover and follow the instructions at vahinkoapu.pohjola.fi.

You'll find your insurance ID in the Truster app under Profile → Truster Turva.
