Minimum fee for invoices

We have introduced a minimum fee starting on September 2, 2026. This is not an extra charge. It is the lowest possible amount we charge for our service.

If you do not have a fixed monthly subscription, the minimum invoice fee is €5. The minimum fee for the HetiPalkka service is €10.

Our percentage rates remain exactly the same. The change only affects very small invoices.

For example, if you use HetiPalkka for a €150 invoice, the 5% fee is normally €7.50. However, the new minimum charge is €10. You will therefore pay €10 for the service.

If you invoice €1,000, the 5% fee is normally €50. This is over the minimum. You will still pay only €50.

This change requires no action from you.
