What to do if an accident happens at work

The accident insurance in Truster Turva covers sudden and unexpected accidents that happen at work. It covers treatment costs up to €10,000 with no excess, and also provides cover in the event of permanent injury or death.

Your insurance ID can be found in the Truster app under Profile → Truster Turva. Have it at hand both when seeking treatment and when filing your claim.

1. Seek treatment

If an accident happens at work or on your way to or from work, seek treatment without delay, primarily at one of Pohjola Insurance's partner healthcare providers — we recommend the accident and emergency services of Pihlajalinna, Terveystalo or Mehiläinen. In an acute emergency, you can go to any doctor or hospital for first aid.

Give your insurance ID at the healthcare provider.

2. File a claim

Fill in the claim form at hae-korvausta.op.fi.

• Select Leisure-time accident or sports injury (claims under accident or group accident insurance). Choose this option even if the accident happened at work.
• Provide your insurance ID and Truster Works Oy's business ID 3131729-7.
• Describe what happened in as much detail as possible.
• At the end, list the expenses incurred and give your bank account number.
