Payslip
- What is a payslip? A payslip (lönespecifikation) is the document showing the breakdown of a salary payment: gross salary, any deductions such as tax or a wage garnishment, and the net amount paid out.
- Where can I find my payslip? Open the salary section of the app and choose payslips. You'll see a list of your payslips; tap one to see the full breakdown, including gross salary, deductions, and the amount paid out.
- Why are deductions made from my salary? The main deduction is preliminary income tax, which Truster is required to withhold and pay to Skatteverket on your behalf, based on your tax table or a jämkning decision. Any other deductions are shown as separate lines on the payslip — for example a wage garnishment ordered by Kronofogden. See the wage garnishment article for how that works.
