How much are expense reimbursements in 2026?

Expense reimbursement amounts are updated annually, and this year we can share the following figures for per diems, mileage allowance, and meal allowance:

Per diems 2026:

• Partial per diem: More than six hours of work during the day entitles you to a partial per diem of 25 euros.
• Full per diem: More than 10 hours of work during the day entitles you to a full per diem of 54 euros.

Mileage allowance 2026:

• By car: Those travelling by car are granted a reimbursement of 0,55 euros for every kilometre driven.

Meal allowance 2026:

• One meal: The reimbursement for one meal is 13,50 euros.
• Two meals: If two meals are eaten during the day, the total reimbursement is 27,00 euros.
