How do I order the Pro Light service?

In this guide you order the Truster Pro Light service in the Truster app. Placing the order takes a few minutes. You need strong identification and an industry that fits your business.

1Open the subscription view
The order starts from the app's subscription view.
- Open the app menu and choose "Subscription".
- Open the "Sole trader" tab.
- Press "Select" on the Truster Pro Light card.
2Identify yourself if needed
The Pro Light order requires strong identification. If you have not identified yourself yet, the app shows the notice "Identity verification required!".
- Press "To identify".
- Identify yourself with online banking credentials or photo identification.
- After identification you return to the order.
3Review what the service includes
The first step of the order, "You are ordering Truster Pro Light", explains what the order means: we establish a sole proprietorship for you or use your existing Business ID, and Truster handles the paperwork for you.
- Read the step and press "Next".
4Choose an industry
In the step "Which industry describes the operations of your company name?" you choose an industry from the official industry list. The industry describes your main source of income and does not prevent you from invoicing other work: Choosing an industry.
- Search the list for your industry.
- Select the industry. You cannot continue until an industry is selected.
- Press "Next".
5Confirm the order
The final step "All done!" shows the order terms: opening the sole proprietorship is free of charge for Pro Light subscribers (normally 140 €) when the subscription stays active for 6 months from the opening and the business invoices through Truster during that time.
- Read the terms.
- Press "Confirm my order".
- You get a confirmation that the order succeeded, and processing begins.
After the order you receive a personal mandate request in the Suomi.fi service, and you can follow the establishment in the app view "Order progress": How does my Pro Light order progress?
