Mandate request failed
A mandate request can fail for example when your name or personal identity code doesn't match the authority's register. No worries — we can complete the mandate manually, we just need your identity document.
Do this:
- Open a support ticket at the end of this article.
- Attach a photo of your Finnish passport or identity card (henkilökortti) to the ticket. Make sure your name and personal identity code are clearly visible.
- We handle the rest. We complete the mandate manually and you'll be notified when your order proceeds.
