Who it's for

Sole proprietorship for delivery partners

As a delivery partner, you work under your own sole proprietorship (FIE). Truster sets up your Business ID (Y-tunnus) for you and then handles the bookkeeping, VAT filings and tax return, so all you need to focus on is doing the deliveries. Invoicing runs automatically together with the platform, so you never have to create invoices by hand.

Why is the delivery partner service fee 0.99%?

Truster is a Wolt partner. Thanks to this partnership, delivery partners get their own contract pricing: the service fee is 0.99% of your invoicing, compared to the standard sole proprietorship service price of 3.99% of invoicing or €59/month. There are no start-up costs at all.

The advantage of percentage-based pricing is that there are no monthly fees: if you don't invoice anything in a given month, you don't pay anything either. Your filings to the tax authorities are still taken care of for you.

How to get started

Download the Truster app and create an account. We'll set up a Business ID (Y-tunnus) for you, which you then register with the platform. Once deliveries start, invoicing and payouts run automatically through the app, and you can follow everything in real time.

All expenses, such as bike or car costs and work equipment, are logged in the app and taken into account in your bookkeeping. This keeps your taxable result accurate without any pile of receipts to sort through.

VAT and taxes

As a sole proprietor (FIE), you're generally liable for VAT, and the standard rate is 25.5%. If your turnover stays below the minor-activity threshold of €20,000 per financial year, you're not required to register for VAT. Either way, Truster takes care of your VAT filings and tax return for you.

YEL insurance for delivery partners

YEL insurance becomes mandatory once your annual YEL income exceeds €9,423.09 (2026). The YEL contribution is 24.4% of your confirmed income, and first-time entrepreneurs get a 22% discount on the payment. You can take out the insurance directly in the Truster app, and payments are handled alongside your invoicing.

Why delivery couriers choose Truster

Over 55,000 workers have already invoiced through Truster, with more than €450 million processed through the platform. Customer service is available in Finnish, and the app's AI assistant answers questions around the clock.
