AI Operations Specialist

We are looking for an AI Operations Specialist at Truster, responsible for developing the AI's ability to serve our customers, solve their problems and handle a wide range of operational tasks.
With Truster, thousands of solo entrepreneurs manage their invoicing and financial administration. Many also ask for advice on entrepreneurship, and our job is to provide the best possible answer to every question.
What will you be doing?
In this role you will have a concrete impact on how AI works as part of Truster's daily business. The role combines content production, data analysis and tool development.
In practice, your tasks include for example:
• Building source data and the knowledge base: you produce, structure and optimise content that enables the AI to answer customers' questions correctly and handle different situations independently.
• Analysing performance: you follow conversations between the AI and customers, identify situations where the AI cannot resolve the customer's issue or otherwise falls short, and figure out why.
• Continuous improvement: you improve instructions, source data, processes and other factors affecting the AI's behaviour based on your findings.
• Growing capabilities: the goal is not only better customer communication, but developing the AI so that it can also do and handle things on the customer's behalf.
• Building and developing tools: you take part in building tools and automations that let the AI fetch information from systems, take actions and handle an ever larger share of processes independently.
• Identifying new use cases: you continuously look for new tasks and processes where AI could improve the customer experience, speed things up or reduce manual work.
What do we expect from you?
We are not looking for a specific education or one particular background. What matters more to us is that:
• you are genuinely interested in AI and actively use modern AI tools
• you understand how LLM-based solutions can be steered with, for example, context, prompts, tools and high-quality source data
• you can analyse problems systematically and figure out why the AI behaves correctly or incorrectly in a given situation
• you write clearly and can turn complex information into a form the AI can use
• you want to build and try things yourself instead of only planning them
• you learn fast and can work independently
• you have a high quality standard and notice even small errors in the AI's behaviour
We consider experience with, for example, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG solutions, APIs, automations, AI agents or software development a plus, but you do not need to be a traditional software developer.
Who succeeds in this role?
This role is a particularly good fit for someone who notices a bad AI answer and immediately thinks: “Why did it answer like that, and how could this be fixed permanently?”
We want someone who is not satisfied with the AI answering most questions correctly. The goal is to continuously find gaps, fix them, and grow the share of customer matters that the AI can handle with high quality from start to finish.
